Handyperson

Handyperson – Maidenhead, West London - Temporary - FM Service Provider - £19 per hour 

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service Provider based in Maidenhead, West London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Handyperson to be based at a commercial building in Maidenhad, West London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this large static site.

Working with the maintenance team on site.

He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carpentry – hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture
• Lighting (Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Painting & Decorating
• Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting etc
• Maintain and update Log books
• Assist the maintenance team on site
• Escort sub contractors

• Monday to Friday 
• 08:00am - 17:00 pm 
• (40 hour week)

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
