CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an Air Conditioning Improver to aid in carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a mixed commercial contract around the Berkshire & Surrey area.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for someone with some AC experience looking to propel their career and become an expert AC Engineer.

In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £32,000.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
• Service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Pressure leak tests
• Compressor changes
• Braising
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge

• Basic Salary of up to £32,000
• Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm
• 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Increasing to 25 after 5 years

• F-Gas CAT 1 qualification (Essential)
• AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Preferred)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
