Our client, giant group, provide award-winning professional services to manage contingent workers, and they are currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their busy team. 

Established in 1992, the award-winning giant group specialises in professional services for the management of temporary workers.

giant precision provides global cloud based software and managed services for contingent workers on behalf of agencies and hirers.

Services include onboarding, contract and timesheet management, billing, payroll and payments, legislative risk management, together with the professional employment of contingent workers and the management of limited companies whether umbrella, 2nd tier agencies or personal service companies.

We offer a fully outsourced service where giant manage all of the workflows or clients can use our cloud based software to manage the processes themselves.

At giant precision, we have managed client workforces such as Barclays Bank and Page Group for almost 10 years.

Purpose of role

To manage and grow existing accounts and continue to grow new referrals to giant from Key clients, achieving the required business results.

This role is specifically to assist the Key Account Director South in growing referrals and maintaining high customer service levels to their agency account portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Undertake detailed research on Key agencies (e.g.

    size, structure, client base) and, preparing and delivering the sales presentation, including identifying new opportunities from new sectors.
  • Following up sales meetings to secure business and implement SLAs, contracts etc.

    With high levels of activity.

    A minimum of 14 meetings per weeks.
  • Work Closely with Tele-sales support team as a 2 pronged attack.

    report to KAD key targets and plan to win that business.
  • Develop and protect business with existing agencies by proactively monitoring business levels, developing strong relationships with key players in the agency and networking across their sites
  • Plan and organise any social event as a part of the incentive process with KAD; undertaking any appropriate administration involved in voucher or incentive allocation plan, set up, prepare for and undertake monthly meetings with agencies, writing the minutes and following up issues until resolved Knowledge and experience…
