The Role:  The successful Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for;

-       Providing first level multilingual application, network, server and device  support for an international customer

-       Help to improve and implement new technologies, tools processes and policies

-       Instruct users on usage of software, announce urgent/important information from IT group, receive and assign software, hardware and network requests to the appropriate IT team.


- Service Desk experience
- Fluent Dutch, with fluent English
- Knowledge of computer hardware/peripherals and printers Good knowledge of Windows operating system, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and other standard software


Language courses - twice a year employees can apply and attend language courses by the company.
