The Role:  The successful Customer Service Analyst will be responsible for;

-       -Responsible for providing high standard of customer service in Swedish or Norwegian

-       -Making sure data is accurate and efficient and ensuring publication of reports is on time

-       Increasing effectiveness of daily operational activities which will increase value for the customer and client and improve the company’s internal processes and procedures

Requirements:                                               

-          The ideal candidate must speak fluent Swedish or Norwegian, with Fluency in English

-          Recognised third level education (University or College Course) in Finance, Accounting, Business or Marketing 

-          6+ months previous experience working in customer service dealing with clients, building and maintaining relationship through telephone and email conversations

-          Previous data analysis or analytical experience would be an advantage
