Travel Advisor/Call Centre Officer

With around 70 resorts all around the world, Club Med is now the global leader in all-inclusive, premium holidays.
For our London offices, located in Wimbledon, we are looking for a Call Centre Officer/Travel Advisor to maximize direct and indirect sales and provide a high quality of customer service.
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Maximize both direct and indirect sales, through an optimisation of his/her own performance in accordance to his/her objectives (budget)
Ensure the highest level of customer service
Contribute to the overall team productivity and sales development
Education: minimum A level
Job experience: At least one year of Call Centre experience and/or experience in the sales industry and/or experience in the tourism industry
Amazing communication skills (especially over the phone) and customer care skills
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Clear and friendly telephone voice
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Self-motivated individual, persistent and demanding, open-minded, with an entrepreneurial spirit and will to be part of a team
(Re)active, target oriented.

Knowledge: Club Med range of services and products, B2B and/or B2C sales conditions, sales processes, Group & NMEA Sales policy
Skills: Client oriented, argumentative skills
Technical skills (tools): Computer skills, NA, outlook, word
Training sessions will be organised regularly to keep you up to date with our tools and processes
