Registered Nurse RMN or RNLD for Mental Health Hospital

Our client is one of the leading Mental Health Hospital which has developed specialist psychiatric services that meet the needs of the local community.

The hospital works in partnership with the NHS in understanding local needs.

Services are needs led, flexible and complement the existing services within the NHS.

Models of care are evidence based and The Hospital works transparently in their reporting.

We are looking for RMNs to work on our Adolescent Psychiatric Intensive Care Services (PICU) and male locked rehabilitation service. The hospital provides a strong training and development programme to provide newly qualified nurses with the support they need to successfully complete their preceptorship.

The hospital offers different salaries for various units for £26,510- £29,104 (including location & adolescent allowance) - Male Locked Rehab £25,510- £28,104 per annum (including locations allowance)

This Mental Health Hospital provides low secure services for male and female patients and a specialist enhanced and psychiatric intensive care service for adolescent patients.

At the hospital our expert teams work in partnership with local government and charity organisations to promote local integration and enhance the opportunity for a patient’s access to the community.

The Hospital is committed to providing the highest standard of patient care and works with our patients to further develop the service with input from families and carers.

 RMN Qualification and NMC registered
- 1 year post-qualification experience but will take newly qualified paying £25,510 per annum and offer Preceptorship.
- Motivation to support young people with mental illness
- Desire to work in a faced paced environment and to be a team
