Company: Our client is a young innovative online technology company that have been rapidly growing and improving the services and products they deliver to the gaming industry.

Due to this continued growth they are expanding their Swedish Customer Service team in Malta.
 
The Role:  The successful Swedish Customer Service Representative will be responsible for multiple aspects of the Swedish Market customer experience.

You will be responsible for trouble-shooting and solving incoming customer problems, be a brand ambassador for the client and keep the company and customers up to date on the latest gaming trends & products available.

 
Requirements:
-       Fluency in Swedish & English
-       Ideally have previous experience in customer care or online business
-       An interest or understanding of online gaming

Base salary PLUS Bonus and Bens.
