SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit an experienced Head of Operations / Head of Customer Operations to join a high profile and fast growing company with offices internationally.

The Head of Customer Operations UK / Head of Operations will play a vital role in the business.

Relocation assistance is available for candidates within the UK and abroad


Head of Operations / Head of Customer Operations UK Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:



  • Lead multiple teams of up to several hundred employees, including but not limited to customer service / operations / entertainment / production / programming / product / marketing and technology teams.

    Ensuring constant improvement of teams.

  • Drive change and business improvements, including rolling out changes to and new products / platforms / services / technologies across teams when necessary

  • Ensuring the delivery of exceptional service offerings through technology and analytical insights

  • Operational KPIs, Performance Management and operational improvement

  • Providing insight to stakeholders in order to shape customer offerings

  • Strategic planning and communication with stakeholders and teams

  • Frequent travel within the UK to other offices

  • Drive change and business improvements, including rolling out changes to and new products / platforms / services / technologies across teams when necessary

  • Contribution towards product roadmaps

  • Interpreting the company key principles and objectives and dispersing the necessary information amongst the teams, ensuring they are mindful of the visions, goals and objectives

  • Recruitment and planning of various teams in a rapidly growing company

  • Ensuring compliance where necessary


Head of Operations / Head of Customer Operations UK Requirements:



  • Experience in a similar managerial / director level operational role leading large teams is essential

  • Strong understanding of customer service / experience overseeing customer service teams

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience with business change and rolling out new products , projects and initiatives across teams

  • Understanding of Product development lifecycle

  • Performance management

  • Experience managing performance assessments and reviews

  • Highly organised with strong planning, analytical and strategy skills.

  • Experienced working in a fast paced environment

  • Experience within the gaming/gambling industry is a preference

  • Willing to travel between UK offices
