Job Summary & Responsibilities
As the Team Leader at KFC, you will be supporting the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager(s) with the running of the restaurant.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing great customer service whilst helping to develop high performing teams that are motivated and engaged.
You should have enthusiasm for driving sales and a "beat year ago" mentality.
You may be responsible for up to 30 employees on any one shift and therefore need to have a winning attitude, strong communication skills, high energy, outstanding commitment and a desire to learn and grow.

This is a permanent full time contract of 45 hours over 5 shifts per week across a 7 day operation.
Applicants should be flexible to work a range of shifts including open and close.
