Client Profile:
Origin Multilingual is proud to announce, we are searching for a Payroll Advisor to join a multi-sector, serviced business.

This opportunity is offered on a full time and permanent basis. Our client is a leading global outsourcer within a multi sector capacity and is in partnership with a Public Services Provider.

Key Purpose:
The Payroll Advisor will be responsible of offering payroll support to all colleagues and to make sure all payrolls are send out on time.
 
Main Duties:

- Make sure all payrolls are delivered quickly and accurately.
- Provide payroll support and advice to all employers following the Human Resources Shared Services Model.
- Process and generate payments including TT, BACS and Spreadover Pay.
- Attend team meetings to ensure a high standard of service is delivered at all times.

Personal Specification:
The successful candidate for the Payroll Advisor position will have the following competences:

- Able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Time management is essential.
- Strong personality but able to work in a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

Essential:

- Deep knowledge of PAYE legislation
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Desirable knowledge of SAP.
- Good IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft office products.
