Telesales Executive

Skyguard are Europe’s premier personal safety service and we are currently seeking a Telesales Executive to join our team.

As a Telesales Executive, you will generate new business and maintain a defined customer base for clients with a requirement of 30 units and under for a specific territory of the UK.  In addition to this you will be responsible for the account management of existing business and new business as it is won.


Generous uncapped commission structure.

Auto-enrolment into pension scheme after three-months of employment.

23 days holiday (plus bank holidays) increasing by one day for every full year worked to a maximum of 30 days.

Following the successful completion of a six-month probationary period you will receive a Perkbox Membership.

Principle Interactions

(i)   Reporting to the Sales Manager.

(ii)  Interaction with external customers and clients

(iii) Interaction with all Skyguard sales employees         

Scope of work

  • Effectively manage end to end, all incoming phone or web lead enquires and convert these into orders
  • B2B cold calling businesses to sell the company's products and services;
  • Working towards challenging sales targets
  • Closing your own deals
  • General Account Management
  • General administrative duties
  • Sourcing and identifying new clients

Skills and experience

  • We would prefer experience of product and service sales, B2B sales, direct sales or telesales although we will also consider applications from other sectors.  
  • Experienced in cold calling and able to demonstrate a range of techniques
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Competent in using a CRM platform
  • Able to work to a range of sales KPI’s
  • Confident in building relationships
  • Previous experience in the security industry is NOT required
