Business Development Manager

A high-quality career opportunity has arisen for a home-based Business Development Manager to join an expanding Electronics Computing and Rack Integration business to develop targeted opportunities and to increase Hardware Sales.

This is a highly ambitious company with an exciting growth plan to meet their milestone for an IPO floatation in the coming years!

Reporting to the Sales Director who is located at the South of England headquarters, you will have experience in selling either Electronics Computing Solutions and Industrial Computer Products or IoT/Industry 4 platforms and will have experience in delivering multimillion-pound sales targets.

In return you will receive a first-class remuneration package which includes a Competitive Salary, Commission, Car Allowance and pension.

In addition, you will receive ongoing training and development.

To be a successful Business Development Manager, you will possess the following skills and experiences:



* Experience in Electronics Hardware Sales/Account Management role.



* Proven experience of delivering against a £ multiple Millions + sales target consistently, year-on-year.



* Solution-orientated selling experiences in industrial computing.



* Industrial B2B market sector experience with a background in Computing, Electronics and Technology.



* The ability to work with customers on a project basis with extensive design-ins and long sales cycles.



* Commercial awareness with strong negotiating skills.
