Interim Service Manager min 3 month interim contract.

 We are currently looking for a Interim  Service Manager For a 3 month contract.

As a service Manager you will be working with a highly reputable company.

The home specialises in admissions for a number of care needs, being purpose-built to suit the needs of the elderly and disabled, and with staff who are also skilled in providing respite and dementia care

 Maintain or improve our GOOD rating with the CQC

·         Responsible for staff training, staff development and performance

·         Write reports and maintain monitoring of the service

·         Ensure all CQC and company requirements are met and adhered to

·         Continually review and improve processes to ensure the most effective and efficient services is being delivered to our clients

·         Take responsibilities of quality assurance through scheduled spot checks, reviews, audits and annual surveys and ensure all activity is recored

·         Report to an area manager on a monthly basis.

·         Ensure service user outcomes and safety

Required education, skills and qualifications

·         NVQ level 4 Leadership and Management qualification or working towards level 5

·         Management experience is essential with in the care industry with a good understanding of CQC assessment criteria for good and outstanding scores.

·         Passionate about their work

·         Driving licence and a fully enhanced DBS check is essential.
