As a staff Nurse you will be working in highly reputable service within the Rotherham.

 A homely and welcoming 6-bed home, The service provides nurse-led care for adults with learning disabilities and other complex needs. 

Although small, the care that their provide is no less than that of the larger compamy homes.

Care and activity plans are built for each service user, tailored to each service user.

The service ensure the goals set are achievable, the service user is happy and remains as independent as possible. 

our client are committed to providing the best care and support to all  service users, the average ratio of staff in this Home is 4 Support Workers to every Nurse. 

The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary of £30,130 per annum plus other benefits.

 What do we ask of you?

  • You will be a registered nurse prefer  RNLD but can take any nurse with learning disability experience  and will have a valid NMC pin.
  • You will provide warmth, enthusiasm and compassion when providing care to our service users.
  • You will always strive to provide great quality holistic care, making every day better than the last; promoting our core values: maintaining independence and dignity to our service users.
  • You will be a team player, demonstrating outstanding communication skills and will be able to demonstrate effective team work as part of a multi-disciplined team. 
  • You’ll be up to date with current evidence based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality.

You must be Registered Staff Nurse to be considered.
