- Full Time Salary Up to £41,200 + £1000 CAMHS allowance Hours 37.5 hrs p/wk

We have 2 CAMHS wards, Tier 4 and HDU offer comprehensive inpatient and specialist mental health services for young people aged 12 to 18.

These units are accredited with the Royal College of Psychiatrists - QNIC.

Tb are excited to be opening a CAMHS PICU service in the spring of 2019.           

We are seeking a full time Ward Manager to work on our Tier 4 CAMHS ward.  The successful candidate will manage the ward and it's resources taking appropriate action to ensure that standards of care are exceptional.

You will be responsible for ensuring care plans reflect the needs of patients and that your staff receive timely clinical supervision, appraisal, CPD and complete mandatory training.

The CAMHS nursing team work closely with our established mental health professionals including consultant psychiatrists, doctors and the committed therapy team.

You will have the support of our excellent health care assistants

 We are seeking applicants with:

RMN/LD Qualification

Current NMC registration

Experience of managing others

Willingness to complete further clinical, managerial and leadership training

Computer literate - you are responsible for e rosters
