Job purpose 

  • Delivery of a high standard service to the firm’s clients by the Personal Injury Department.  
  • Supervising delivery of budgets and KPIs by the team members, as well as ensuring delivery of individual targets and KPIs.  
  • Dealing with existing clients’ matters, supervising conversion of new enquiries and active participation in marketing and business development initiatives to ensure continuity and growth of the department.

Key requirements (skills, qualifications, experience)

  • Minimum 5 years PQE 
  • Must have Claimant personal injury law experience 
  • Experience in managing of people 
  • Previous experience as a Head of Department/ Supervisory Role 
  • Ability to run and supervise varied caseload ( Litigated and pre litigated files, small / fast track and multi track, EL, PL, RTA, Clin neg)
