Application Support Analyst

I am currently seeking an Application Support Analyst based in Birmingham to join one of the UKs largest construction companies.


As an Application Support Analyst, you will be providing support to the client's business systems for business-critical functions.


Day to day duties of an Application Support Analyst include:



  • Day to day support for a small number of applications including workforce planning tools and associated android features, and being the primary point of contact for administrative support to the systems end users

  • Supporting the analysis for business-driven change requests and establish likely business

  • Ensure that business application versions used are both compatible within the user populations as well as within supplier support

  • Manage application upgrade projects in conjunction with required parties


Skills/Experience:



  • Communication skills

  • Able to develop good working relationships

  • Experience of Workforce/Repairs Management system

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office


Our client is offering a salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience), Competitive benefits package (company pension, holiday allowance, health care, etc).
