Telesales Executive

Telesales Executive  Basic £17k-£20k plus £6k OTE

You will work alongside a team of coaching professionals who guide small businesses through their journey to becoming successful enterprises.

As a Telesales executive you will be an important part of a successful small team of people focusing on becoming a leading coaching business based in the UK.

A genuine interest in business and enthusiasm for learning are required for this role.

This is a responsible position which carries a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

What you can expect from the role:

  • You will be part of the world’s largest and leading business coaching organisation.
  • You will be based in The Atkins Building in Hinckley.
  • Your salary will be based on experience £17,000 – £20,000 + £6k OTE
  • Your normal working hours will be between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
  • You will receive annual leave of 28 days (to be calculated pro rata and including bank holidays) and you can have the day off on your birthday if a normal working day.
  • You will have access to a training program where you will get as much assistance as you require through our regional and global offices.
  • You will receive continuous education including books and materials to improve your skills and your knowledge in business administration, sales, marketing, finance, team building and leadership.

Your duties as the BDM will include the following:

  • Making appointments over the telephone: 80% of the role requires this.
  • Visiting businesses
  • Letter mailings with regular follow-ups.
  • Record, track and report KPI’s and management accounts
  • Hit sales targets
  • Be proficient in using LinkedIn
  • Providing exceptional customer service.

    You must have the ability to get things done quickly and well, using your own initiative.
  • You must have the ability to understand and grasp business and commercial pressures quickly.
  • Confirm client appointments, meet and greet and perform critical tasks to achieve maximum client satisfaction

Key skills:

  • You have a clear, confident and captivating voice and telephone manner.
  • You have a strong willingness and optimistic attitude, to grow with this role.
  • You are extremely organised and efficient and deliver on results even under pressure.
  • The work you produce is consistently neat and presentable and you have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
  • You enjoy working independently and sometimes alone, without constant supervision and have an eye and passion for perfection in everything you do.
  • You are proficient at using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer and have a high degree of computer literacy.
  • You have at least 3 years working experience in an office environment.
