Operations Manager

An exciting opening for a Qualified Nurse Regional Operations Manager.

This a exciting role that covers 8 services between Liverpool and Edinburgh .

As a Regional Operations Manager you will have the responsibility to deliver and sustain the financial and operational success of the Homes within your portfolio.

The post holder will lead, support and develop a team of Registered Care Home Managers within the portfolio.

With a key focus to drive and maintain quality standards, CQC compliance, Occupancy targets, cost control, and management accounts for each facility.

Duties of the Operational Management:

·         To effectively monitor each care home in line with Regulations and Outcomes specific to CQC requirements on a regular basis.

·         To provide smart and specific action plans to homes in these areas of compliance and best practice, as and when required, ensuring they are delivered and maintained.

·         To ensure all documentation and record keeping which is required by the Home, Government legislation and/or the registration authorities, including the Essential Standards detailed in the Health and Social Care Act is robust, personalised to resident needs and maintained within each department of the home.

·         To review, respond and deliver against action plan requirements from all external inspecting and regulating bodies as and when required.

·         To monitor staffing levels against occupancy levels within each home, ensuring they are appropriate, safe and efficient to meet the needs of the business.

·         To monitor and lead where required, on the effective and efficient management of departmental and overall home budgets on a monthly basis.

·         To ensure Manager’s effectively manage expenditure within key departments against budget.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum.
