RGN, RMN or RNLD Registered Nurse

An excellent job opening for a Registered Nurse to work with one of one highly reputable care companies within the Preston area.

Our client is a substantial care company that very much understands staff, patient and family values.

They are currently recruiting a passionate, friendly and hard working nurse to work either permanent days or permanent nights and to join their already successful care team to work within their wonderful care home which has been a Good Rating from the CQC.

This home carries a warm and friendly atmosphere while offering excellent nursing care to older people as it is a new home.

The care provides a full range of care for residential and nursing needs, for both long term and respite periods.

About The Role

The successful candidate will ensure the promotion of high standards of nursing care, by ensuring all staff is supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth and efficient manner.

You will perform all general nursing duties, following CQC and NMC guidelines, and report to the home manager, update care plans and administer safe medication.

You will provide a high standard of care and work within a team as well as on your own initiative.

The successful nurse will be offered an excellent salary of £16.50 per hour or £37,752.00 plus other great benefits.

About You

All applicants must have a valid NMC registration and a valid PIN.

You must have excellent communication and written skills and have previous experience working within a nursing home or elderly care setting.

Self-motivated, resilient and well-organised, you will be a team player but able to work on your own initiative.

You will be dependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the home.

We currently have vacancies for both days or night shifts available.

An enhanced DBS certificate is required for this role.

You must be fully eligible to live and work in the UK without the need for a work permit or sponsorship.
