Recruitment Business Administrator
NRL have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Business Administrator to join our rapidly growing Woking office as the branch expands to meet sustained increases in workload.

This role will involve providing vital support to the recruitment and compliance teams ensuring all necessary administrative functions are up-held.

Over time there will be opportunities to progress within the business and NRL has an excellent track record of promoting internally.

About the role:

- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner and utilising the phone system to transfer calls within the office or take messages when required
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post
- Email inbox management and communicating with external contacts – initially this will be candidates seeking work or workers supplied on a contract by ourselves.

The bulk of the work will be ensuring all relevant documentation is in place.
- Meeting and greeting visitors – answering intercom in a professional manner, meeting visitors, directing them to an appropriate meeting room and ensuring drinks (and lunch where applicable) is provided.
- Ensuring candidate CVs are formatted as required by our clients in the correct templates and uploaded to our database
- Ensuring that office stationary is kept up to date
- Placing job adverts on various job boards and social media
- Checking of workers documentation (eligibility to work in the UK, qualifications, insurances etc.)
- Taking references when required
- Supporting office coordination and accounts coordination functions
- Providing support to candidates undergoing security clearance
- Catching up with existing workforce and ensuring they are happy with service provided and relaying queries to relevant consultant / dealing with queries where possible
- Gathering necessary information prior to workers starting, generating contracts and placements on the NRL system
- Other ad-hoc administrative support when required

What you will need:
Essential

- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn new skills and (over time with support) manage personal workload effectively
- Previous experience with Excel and Word
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook is an advantage but as a minimum, good computer skills must be in place

Desirable

- Expert Microsoft Excel user
- Previous experience in supporting the creation of reports and analysis
- Previous use of Office 365
