Norwegian Customer Service - Malta - €23K

Company: Our client is an exciting online gaming company, offering the latest in online media and user experience.

They are growing their first-class support department and are recruiting Norwegian speaking professionals for their Malta Headquarters.

The Role:  The successful Norwegian Customer Service Representative will be responsible for multiple aspects of the customer experience.

They will be responsible for troubleshooting and solve incoming customer problems.

Be a brand ambassador for the client and keep the company and customers up to date on the latest gaming trends.

Provide feedback to managers on trends, most common end-user mistakes.

Dealing with any queries and issues that may arise, answering customer questions via LiveChat, email, and phone.

Skills:  
-       Fluency in Norwegian & English
-       Ideally, have previous experience in customer care or online business
-       An interest or understanding of online gaming
