Turkish Customer Service Representative - €21-25K - Malta

Company: Our client is a young innovative online company that has been rapidly growing and improving the gaming industry, with this continued growth they are expanding their Customer Service Representative team in Malta.

The Role:  The successful Turkish Customer Service Representative will be responsible for multiple aspects of the customer experience.

They will be responsible for troubleshooting and solve incoming customer problems.

Be a brand ambassador for the client and keep the company and customers up to date on the latest gaming trends.

Provide feedback to managers on trends, most common end-user mistakes.

Dealing with any queries and issues that may arise, answering customer questions via LiveChat, email and phone.

 Requirements:
- Fluency in Turkish & English
- Ideally, have previous experience in customer care or online business
- An interest or understanding of online gaming
- Flexibility to work shifts
