THE SPECIFICS:

We operate within the Software Development, Network Infrastructure & Cloud Computing arenas; identifying talent for companies based in the UK and further afield.

As part of a dedicated & experienced team, you will be tasked with contacting the candidates that have previously reached out to Jonothan Bosworth looking for work.

Your role will be to make sure we have the correct information, and that the candidate is signposted accordingly to our resource management team (RMT).

You will also make sure that employer data is correct and up to date, whilst always seeking to spot an opportunity for a business relationship to begin : by passing relevant data to our new business team (NBT).

We have several processes and procedures that must be followed as part of our recruitment cycle, and your role will be to take responsibility for this, making sure that we maintain certain standards, behaviours and levels of care, as per our company mission statement.

All in all, you will be a vital component in making sure that Jonothan Bosworth runs smoothly and effectively on a daily basis.
