About the Role

  • Ready to hit the ground running in assisting with the daily management of the setting, ensuring that all company policies and procedures are met and exceeded
  • Have a love for working with children – the welfare of our children is our top priority, and you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a healthy and safe environment
  • Uncompromising on quality – you will oversee the weekly schedules to meet the individual needs of the children and ensure that children are kept active and engaged in developmental activities
  • Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with parents – as a key point of contact you will have regular communication with the parents, so high emotional intelligence and effective interpersonal skills are a must in creating a trusting rapport with the families
  • A natural born leader – you are full of charisma and have an infectious, positive, can-do attitude that motivates and inspires others around you

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

To be a successful candidate, you will possess the following…

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Practical knowledge of EYFS Standards, Ofsted Standards and Inspections
  • Understanding of Equal Opportunities/SENCO
  • Strong Management and Leadership skills


  • At least 5 years of professional experience in working and caring for children under 5 within a nursery environment (Essential)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role of running and managing a nursery (Essential)


  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent (Essential)
