Commercial Operations Manager

The largest business coaching firm in the world currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to manage the daily operations of the business to support growth, focusing on efficiencies, quality and utmost customer service.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Manage daily operations in all areas of the business, including but not an exhaustive list:

  • Management and Delivery of all ActionCOACH revenue streams for franchisees and clients.

    Both online and offline. 
  • Ensuring all branding is prepared and in place for events including resource development where required. 
  • Ensuring customers are satisfied and we ‘over-deliver' on our promises to them. 
  • Providing content to the website and assist with marketing actives as required. 
  • Customer service enquiries and complaints handling.
  • Management of all expenditure in income collection including monthly financial statement preparation working with our accountants.
  • Be a goodwill ambassador for ActionCOACH by the courteous treatment of all customers and prospects, ensuring at all times the professionalism of the company is upheld.
  • Ensure that company procedures are adhered to and actions documented where necessary
  • Maintain your own health & safety and that of staff and visitors in accordance with the company's health & safety policies

Office Champion – setting standards, customer service (telephone activity), tracking staff holiday, attendance (Bradford Factor) and processing expense claims.

Liaise with Sales & Marketing Team in driving lead generation, social media activity and direct sales of courses.

Liaise with External Accountants (GBAC) regarding Receipt Bank, loading of invoices, cash-flow updates and allocating nominal codes.

Review and implement processes within the business covering operations, HR, customer service and finance ensuring that company profits are maximised and customer satisfaction remains excellent.

Review expenditure in all areas and implement processes to reduce and improve company performance and efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators relating to BSC:

  • Financial: Profitability of the business (Management Accounts)
  • Internal: Utilisation above 90% (Delivery + Development)
  • External: Key Costs within budget
  • Quality: Skills Matrix fully compliant across all staff and subcontractors (copies of passports, certificates, emergency contact details, etc) & Risk Assessments for all venues being used for delivery.
