Location: Based at the London office in Earls Court, with future potential to travel in London and the UK.
Salary: Up to £25,000 with bonus opportunity

The role
As we continue to grow and invest in service and technology, we are looking to recruit a shining star to join our Client Support team.

In this new role, you will be responsible for:
, Providing the very best telephone and online support to our clients across the UK.

, You will welcome them, train them and make proactive touch points with them throughout their contract with us, ensuring they get the most out of their service.

, A natural problem solver, you will take ownership of any queries from start to finish, identifying and anticipating needs and offering solutions.
, Receiving and managing client and Consultant requests in relation to the software; liaising with colleagues within the IT team as necessary.
, Delivering software demonstrations and webinars to clients and potential clients, as required.

About you and your background
Whatever your background, it is paramount to us that you are passionate about great customer service.

We want great people that can engage effectively over the phone and are able to deliver value add to the client.

A good problem solver, you will have the skills to quickly learn our online tools and use the information around you to identify solutions for our clients.

You will make it your mission to understand client needs and exceed their expectations.

This is an extremely varied role in which you'll liaise with a diverse selection of clients, so it is key that you can rapidly build great relationships and then provide practical solutions to their business challenges in a consultative and highly intelligent manner.

You will know how to present services and solutions and be able to adapt and vary your approach to suit your audience.

If you've never done a similar role before but are a solution focused, determined individual, with strong influencing skills who is great at building relationships, then this role could be just what you are looking for, so don't delay in applying!
