Hours: Fulltime, based in Wilmslow with occasional travel
Salary range: £22,000 - £24,000

We are one of the UK's biggest providers of Health & Safety, HR, Employment Law and ISO services to businesses.
We are far from your average service provider as our colleagues bring their great personalities to work, not just their policies.
This role will be an integral part of the small, fast paced Internal HR Team not only owning the essential HR administration such as contracts & offers, compliance checks, starters / leavers process etc.
They'll also support managers with a range of ER issues and be involved in driving colleague engagement, learning and development, driving change and supporting business growth.
, Prepare essential colleague paperwork such as; contract and offer letters, salary review letters etc
, Onboarding new starters; system set up, liaising with new starters, induction etc
, Breadcard and other reward administration
, Compliance checks such as references, right to work, driving checks, etc
, Coordinating internal events and training
, Support internal communications to ensure they are effective and in line with our culture and values
, Support managers with a range of issues such as: investigations, disciplines, grievances, performance, wellbeing / absence issues and probation reviews
, Help with Occupational Health referrals
, Help deliver colleague engagement initiatives
, Support the team and business to drive change and business growth
, Liaise with payroll to ensure colleagues are paid correctly
, Project work as and when required
, Support the delivery of training
, Experience in a HR department including:
, preparing documents such as contracts and offers
, have supported the business with a variety of ER issues such as probation reviews, investigations, disciplinary or absence issues including note taking and ideally have led some ER cases from a HR perspective
, Awesome communication skills with the ability to flex your style to maximise impact

CIPD qualification is useful and we would consider providing support for CIPD qualifications.
