A high-end plumbing and building company based in Ladbroke Grove, West London, are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join their team. 

Working closely with senior management, you will be ‘running the show’ every day, managing a team of engineers and liaising with customers to ensure we deliver the best possible service.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assisting and managing the team in all day to day tasks via a diary and telephone system
  • Liaising with high end customers over the phone and via email
  • Responding to all queries and complaints in an efficient and personable manner
  • Taking and processing payments
  • Assisting senior management with other admin and office tasks as they arise


  • English fluency and a good telephone manner
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to multitask/prioritise tasks
  • Ability to deal with and resolve high volume of queries and complaints
  • Attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
  • Exceptional customer service ethos - Ability to find and present solutions to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Solid IT skills and ability to navigate a bookings system and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work effectively on an individual basis and as a member of a team
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office or customer service environment is essential
  • Experience of working within the industry or with high-end clients preferable but not essential as all training will be given.
