Clients participate in a range of group and individual coaching programmes, business planning days and team/ individual development programmes.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Confident and positive telephone skills with a can-do attitude and willing to walk the extra mile
  • Self-motivated, resilient and don’t take NO for an answer, with an energetic and persistent nature and the ability to influence and persuade people
  • Warm and friendly telephone manner; you smile on the phone and build rapport quickly
  • Previous experience with B2B outbound calls is essential
  • Highly organised and target driven
  • Committed to your own development both in your area of expertise and in general

About the role:

The role of Telemarketing Executive will involve making outbound calls to make appointments with business owners in the Glasgow area and surroundings.


You would be expected to build rapport with prospects on the phone and make appointments for our Coaches.

You will have a database you call from and follow up on very innovative marketing strategies developed by the company.

If you’re the Telemarketing person we’re looking for, you will join the Glasgow office of the world’s #1 business coaching company.

Together, we will work with business owners and directors to grow and improve their businesses – which in turn will improve their lives, their families, their employees and the local economy!

You will be responsible for:

  • Making large volumes of outgoing calls to book appointments with business owners
  • All calls to be accurately logged on to our systems with outcome of the call
  • Booking diaries with appointments
  • Following up on all enquiries.
  • Meeting required daily targets.
  • Getting people to attend our Events and Seminars
