, Responsible for company vehicle/tools and van stock levels

, Liaising with installation schedulers and customers
, Liaising with Project Managers/Contractors/Care Home staff

, Experience with power tools and hand tools
, Experience on building sites
, Happy working at height
, Flexible approach to work and hours
, Ability to self-motivate in challenging conditions
, Being able to work as part of a team
, Ability to work to deadlines

, Experience of fitting Ceiling Hoist Systems
, General understanding of building structures
, Experience of working in patient care environments

, 17th Edition electrical qualification
, Experience with Through Floor Lifts
