Residential Sales Negotiator

Our client is looking for an experienced Residential Sales Negotiator to join their team.

About our Client

Our client has over 50 years experience selling homes in and around Kent.

They have a large number of customers, their marketing and their qualified property team are excellent at attracting qualified buyers to this area, enabling their clients to achieve the best offers and highest completion rates.

Due to the proactive stance during COVID there are vacancies in Herne Bay & Whitstable branches.

Write Your Own Cheque:

The key to your success is to establish your sales pipeline in the first 12 months.

They provide a basic wage, branch commission and incentives, all geared to help you achieve your aspirations.

They work to a simple rule (“4times rule”), they will pay you 25% of the money you produce, so if you want to earn £50,000 you need to produce £200,000 of income.

To encourage team working, each member of the team is paid branch bonus on the total income coming into the branch.

Branch bonus is the key to increasing your earnings, personal branch bonus levels are reviewed in July & January every year in line with their “4times rule”

The Tools our Client Offer:

Their IT systems have been developed in house over 20 years, they monitor the whole property market, bringing to your attention the people you should be speaking to from a large pool of company contacts.

They might have just experienced a failed sale or been on the market for over 12 weeks, perhaps they were only just looking at some stage but have just put their property on the market in London, perhaps they have just gone under offer so they are a hot buyer.

These tools are a small snippet of what will be available to you.

They also provide a branch support department who are on hand to deal with custom marketing requests, answering any questions you have and on hand to provide the type of support to help you achieve your goals.

Their COVID Plan

The service to their clients was not affected by lockdown, their systems enabled them to work from home using the same systems they use on a daily basis which included their phone systems, so their clients phoned them on their normal office numbers, the calls were routed to the team, enabling their clients and customers to speak to them.

In little over four weeks they created over 160 narrated videos, which enabled them to continue to complete virtual viewings and during the lockdown period they continued to sell property.
