Customer Service Lead

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Lead to join their team.

About the Role

  • Working with the leading specialist orthodontic practice in Surrey and Berkshire with the operation of the business
  • Responsible for the entire customer journey and experience, make sure to maintain accurate information and records
  • Report of the running and performance of the practice, work directly for Dr Chauhan
  • Responsible for the administration side of compliance and dental administration
  • The experience of running their health and safety systems, working with their compliance manager, help grow the clients and satisfaction and the patient base
  • Work once per month and time to time in Windsor to cover the dual-site
  • Driving licence required 
  • Needs to be conversant in the computer, IT problem-solving, project management, proactive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining a world-class customer journey from meet and greet to patient Experience to meet the expectation and satisfaction of the patients
  • Create and follow Systems and processes
  • Report and surveys from the patient to maintain a high level of customer service
  • Compliance administration
  • Diary management, PA role with patients and orthodontist
  • Maintain accurate records of patient and all communication
  • Oversee management of Windsor administration who reports to you
  • Feedback from customers and referral sources

About You


  • You are conscientious and consistent, take pride in completing tasks and project to completion, are highly organised and have attention to accuracy and can work to timelines and are proactive
  • Enjoy working with people and clients and have an exceptional telephone manner and understand the needs of people, proactive analytic but customer-focused
  • Exceptional diary management and project management skills, hands-on front of the house, coordinate Dr Chauhan event and help build the business

  • Annual bonus related to performance and business goals
  • Dual site located 90% in Guildford and 10% in Windsor  
  • Salary £25,000 -£28,000 pa subject to  experience
