Business Development Executive

The World’s Number 1 Business Coaching Firm is looking for a Business Development Executive to be part of their UK Team.

A unique opportunity for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join the World’s Number 1 Business Coaching Firm, a fast-growing business coaching company on a full or part time basis.

Hours are flexible but around 25 hours per week for Part time and 45 hours per week for full time per week would be ideal with the part time option to fit around school hours if applicable. 

Our client’s focus is on supporting local business owners to help them grow their business.

About the Role

You will work with business owners and directors to grow and improve their businesses which in turn will improve the lives of the owners and directors, their families, and their employees. 

You will be responsible for:


  • Making appointments over the telephone 80% of the role requires this
  • Representing the company by telephone or written communications and occasionally in person. 
  • Your main goal will be to generate appointments and webinar / seminar attendees through sales and marketing activities 
  • You will drive the sales and follow-up process which will include creating and maintaining a database of prospects, follow-up communications with prospects
  • Keeping accurate records of KPIs and maintaining prospect database 

You will benefit from:

  • Basic pay of £20,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience (pro rata for part time)
  • Monthly performance related bonus with no caps: The better we do, the more you earn
  • Annual performance related bonus of £7,000 - £10,000 (pro rata for part time) for reaching the company’s annual goal
