Black Country Women's Aid (BCWA) is an established charity working across the Black Country and wider West Midlands providing accommodation and community support services to victims of domestic abuse, sexual abuse and human trafficking.

Services range from advocacy, civil remedies, support in court, individual and group support and access to a range of therapeutic interventions.

All services are client and needs led.

We are looking for exceptional candidates to join our growing and successful organisation within our Sexual Violence Services, to include Therapeutic Services.

Positions Available: 1 Full time position
Contract Length: Ending 31st March 2022
Salary: £19,968

You will be required to provide a high-quality single point of access to victims of sexual violence and sexual abuse and will be working within a multi-agency framework consisting of but not limited to; The SARC, Police, Court and local partnership responses to sexual violence and sexual abuse.The successful candidate would also be responsible for the provision of effective and efficient administrative support to Therapeutic Services which would include undertaking a wide variety of routine and non-routine duties, such as booking in counselling sessions, managing and answering queries in relation to therapeutic services, maintaining effective clerical systems, data inputting, tracking counsellors weekly activity, production of reports and notices, photocopying, recording minutes of meetings, archiving and filing.
