CRM Manager

Our client is growing and is seeking an experienced CRM Manager

Role Priorities:


  • Plan, manage and deliver a CRM strategy, leveraging Salesforce, Pardot and customer understanding to improve acquisition, conversion and retention of customers across AHH group businesses
  • Deliver Salesforce implementation projects, configuring Salesforce to meet the bespoke needs of each business and user. A real expertise in Salesforce is required
  • Create, deliver, and optimise CRM Campaigns, acquire, analyse, segment and supply campaign data, liaising with the sales and marketing functions to validate targeted data selections and deliver on time
  • Monitor Performance and reporting of key CRM metrics

Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications:


  • Strong CRM/Salesforce experience and ability to deliver & implement successful programmes
  • Marketing or IT Degree, with strong Marketing/sales background.
  • Exceptional analytical and presenting skills
