Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, creating and implementing the digital marketing strategies across the group with a real performance mind-set, focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, brand awareness, creation and distribution of content, website development/management and direct to consumer campaigns.

Key Priorities:

  • Deliver a pipeline of sales leads to the group’s defined business plans
  • Design and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Plan and monitor expenditure optimising a strong return on investment

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Employ innovative direct, outbound and inbound digital marketing activity to generate leads and convert to sales
  • Define, plan, execute, measure and optimize paid/owned/earned digital marketing activities, including content creation, publishing, social and search
  • Develop the groups online channels including the main websites and affiliate channels to optimise conversion
  • Improve user experience across the digital platforms to drive satisfaction and measurable improvement in conversion
  • Prepare creative briefs to produce campaigns and content to support digital marketing strategy, critiquing and shaping output to meet defined quality standards
  • Operate CMS to maintain website content/design and implement strategies that drive more traffic
  • Drive performance, optimisation and report against business KPIs
  • Run ROI analysis on activity and recommend optimizations to process, campaigns and strategy
  • Leverage insights and data to support decisions and marketing initiatives
