Assistant Manager

Our client, a Gentleman's club based in the heart Huddersfield has an opportunity for an Assistant Manager (working nights).

 

*30+ Hours per week between 9pm and 6am

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the service and leisure industry, You will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-club experience.

In order to do this, the candidate will build upon and become an integral part of our team and service, constantly striving to help push the business further forward.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with customers, peers and supervisor to develop a high performing team.
• Analyze reporting and business trends to make strategic decisions to drive results.
• Directly supervise the business, ensuring, and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Consistently assess and provide ongoing performance feedback to all levels of team members.
• Front of house operations including H&S and Legal / Financial compliance.

• A keen eye for fine detail with high standards and quality driven

Qualifications
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• 1+ years' of retail orequivalent management experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
