Competitive rate of pay plus daily cash tips.
Average 40 hours per week.
2 days off a week.
28 days paid holidays plus bonus.
Some split shifts and some straight shifts with breaks.
Overtime is paid if you wish to work overtime.
We provide laundered uniforms.
We will feed you whilst you are working a long shift and you receive staff discount when you dine with your family in our restaurant.

You are required to have experience in a similar environment, having communication skills, working in your own initiative or as part of the team, to be confident and have a natural people skills style and have the ability to consistently deliver high standards in a busy environment.

Brouge Gastropub Twickenham is a family run pub restaurant serving fresh food in the restaurant, bar and garden in the summer.
We cater for functions with set menus or buffet, for weddings, rugby matches and a high number of regular customer base.
