Our client is looking for a PA to join their team.

Are you the most organised person that you know? If you are then this is the role for you.......

Alongside being organised you will need an overall ‘can do’ approach, and bring a positive energy to this role.  Being the first point of contact you will be a great communicator, delivering clear messages whilst representing this amazing company in a professional but approachable manner.

A reliable and self-motivated individual, taking pride and great satisfaction in completing tasks to a high standard and solving problems independently.

You will need to be proactive and have great initiative.

A good level of computer skills will be required along with an eagerness to learn, achieve and grow as an individual and as part of a team.

Communication skills are key

Do you want to become a crucial part of a unique, dynamic, growing building company and become an integral member of staff creating award winning bars and restaurants? With clients ranging from investors to, bar/restaurant owners, designers, architects, and project managers, you will be keen on maintaining good customer relations and appreciate being the hub of the business.  

You will relish creating organised systems and collating business data, whilst keeping in close contact with their own staff on-site, you will get a kick out of negotiating costs with their suppliers, whilst creating good working relationships with them, along with their subcontractors too. 

You will enjoy the freedom of managing company's social media platforms and website, conveying their high standards, with a fun approach to the business.

Working closely with the Managing Director he will appreciate every effort you make to create a manageable workload for him.

Flexible working hours

Working hours are flexible.  Whilst they are ideally looking for someone who is able to work 8am till 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, they would consider being flexible on these hours should an outstanding applicant require this.

During the current Covid pandemic this will be a remote working position to start, with the potential of moving to an office in Hertfordshire in the future.
