The role would suit a dynamic, focussed go-getter, who is keen to grow and achieve as part of the continued success of this organisation. The role’s main function is to provide new leads to the business via various routes although primarily telemarketing.

Ideally would suit experienced telemarketer wanting to expand their scope. The hours for the successful candidate will be flexible and our client is currently looking to fill in a full time capacity (part time would be considered).

Our client offers a range of business coaching services to small and medium sized business owners.

Key Essential Requirements for the successful candidate:

  • Ideally based within 30 minutes of Tamworth
  • Experience in B2B sales environments
  • You will be an experienced and confident telemarketer
  • A strong lead generator, great networker and presenter
  • Good written and verbal skills, able to instantly build rapport with people
  • Skilled and confident in using MS Office, CRM systems and social media
  • You will be self motivated, organised and results driven
  • Hold a full UK driving license

A full week of residential training will be provided at our lead generation centre in Sheffield, to ensure you hit the ground running and give you every chance of achieving bonus.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Lead generation is the primary focus of your role.

    You’ll be supported fully in developing several different lead generation strategies
  • Generating appointments through sales activities including following up mailings and visiting business premises in person
  • Creating and maintaining a database of prospects and clients
  • Building client relationships


£24k basic + commission/Bonuses (£60k OTE) – full time or part time considered.
