Head of Partnerships / Partnership Manager

Our client is looking for the Head of Partnerships / Partnership Manager to join their team.

About the Role

The objective of the role is to create a first in class global partnership network which will drive exponential value to the business.

Be the authority in terms of knowledge and capability of these partner solutions internally at our client and also across their client base and target markets 

This includes delivery of quality within:

  • Identifying their key Partnerships 
  • Forming first class relationships and commercial models with Key Partners 
  • Developing & Shaping our Product & Service Solutions with Key Partners 
  • Supporting the Business Development Process of Identifying and  implementing these Solutions with Key Partners 

Individual Responsibilities include; 

  • Leadership & accountability of the Partnerships function 
  • Deliver first class internal stakeholder relations 
  • Delivery of your agreed objectives 

Primary Functional Tasks:  The key tasks will be the following; 

  • Understand, analyse, visualise and monetise the partner/technology  landscape relevant to the company
  • Create a partner framework for our client covering all required core services  where partners are needed and where opportunities exist 
  • Ensure all company’s partnerships are official / compliant ensuring all  documentations and processes are understood and followed 
  • Work closely with the sales & marketing function to drive sales growth for  the company 
  • Work closely with partners on key opportunities, identifying target business  and managing a sales process with partners on key target accounts (using  the company’s sales team and wider stakeholders) 
  • Be a strong ‘Face of the company’ in this capacity attending key events ensuring  our client is networking in the places with the right potential partners 
  • Support the management of key sponsored events and marketing activities 
  • Support the general marketing process and workstream

  • Client & CRM Team 
  • Analytics Team 
  • Technical Team

Experience, Competences & Attributes: 

  • Ability to build a very strong credibility in the market both personally and for the company (Intellectual Capital) 
  • Strong experience in the technology landscape across Data, Analytics, CRM, and Ecommerce Industries 
  • Ability to be hands on with any partner tools the company uses 
  • Strong understanding of the data, analytics & single customer view  principles 
  • Excellent presentational skills 
  • Excellent relationship building skills 

Special Working Conditions 

It will be required to work away from home at certain periods on business.

The flexibility in hours of work may vary subject to requirements which will be mutually agreed.
