Sales & Marketing Executive

Hours & Locations: 3 days per week (or equivalent hours); part office-based (EN7) and part home-based

Package: Basic salary £1,000 per month plus monthly bonuses (circa £400 - £500 per month, uncapped) for achievement of KPIs

A unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join a fast- growing business coaching company. The position will be varied and will include both marketing activities and telemarketing to warm-up prospects.

Hours are flexible, minimum of 20 hours per week, with the option to fit around school hours where applicable. 

Our client’s focus is on supporting local business owners to become even more successful by increasing their profits, building stronger teams and developing their business so it can ultimately work without them.

In less than 2 years, they have developed a solid list of coaching clients and a reputation for exceeding results.

They are now taking the business to the next level and they are looking to expand the team by creating a new role, Sales & Marketing Executive. Initially, this role will be 3 days per week but with the potential to become full-time as they grow.

This role will provide you with world class training, diverse experience, personal development and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, growing team.

Aims of the Sales & Marketing role:


  • To create quality, engaging content to distribute through a variety of channels
  • To manage the marketing processes of the business to ensure that they are increasing exposure of the business to the local business community, and beyond
  • To pro-actively identify and qualify new contacts that have the potential to become clients
  • To assist in providing a high level of service to clients

Key Experience:


  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience of Sales, Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • Experience within the service sector or professional services sector is preferable
  • Experience of creating content (posts, blogs, articles) for a business

Note: Candidates must be able to drive and have their own car and should be based in or around Hertfordshire within easy reach of the EN7 area.
