Part Time Office Finance Manager - Norwich

3 Full Days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8.30am - 5pm
24 Hours Per Week

£25-30,000 Pro Rata Depending on Experience

We are currently looking for an looking for an experienced, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide vital support to the administrative and financial functions of our clients business.

Someone who is extremely organised, proactive, and who can stay one step ahead of what’s next on the to-do list.
 
You will carry out the day to day bookkeeping duties and manage the company’s accounting, reporting and control; whilst taking on the responsibility for ensuring the day to day administration of the busy office is running smoothly.

Office Finance Manager Job Duties: 

- Process sales and purchase invoices
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Expense processing
- Liaising with customers and suppliers, responding to queries and resolving issues regarding payments and outstanding debts
- Setting up supplier payments in the banking system
- Posting cash receipts and payments
- Performing weekly bank reconciliations
- Collate all the information required for the preparation of payroll of staff
- Working closely with the directors to ensure that financial best practice is adopted across the business
- Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
- Delegate work to the Office Coordinator and manage their workload and output
- Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management
- Management of H&S policies and calendar - reviewing, updating and ensuring they're observed
- Check that data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data, and review and update policies
- Cover Office Coordinator holiday

Office Finance Manager Skills and Qualifications:

- Ideally AAT qualified or equivalent
- Solid experience in bookkeeping
- Strong financial and budgeting skills
- Self-motivated and highly organised with a strong administrative management background
- Enthusiastic with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Fully conversant with Microsoft excel and Quickbooks Online

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday - 8.30am-5pm (24hrs/week)
Free parking on site, £25-30,000 Pro Rata
