Our client is a specialist business coaching and training company, well known and respected for delivering clients fantastic business growth across Sussex and Kent.

This exciting Sales and Marketing position provides you with the opportunity to use a breadth of skills including: offline and online marketing, engaging with business owners face to face and on the phone, whilst also helping the business community achieve more as a whole.

It’s an important position, and requires a real passion for getting their message across to help Business Owners succeed.

This role involves the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing the marketing plan
  • Lead generation: bringing in enquiries and filling events
  • Creating online and offline content
  • Creating graphics and posts for Facebook and Linked In
  • Creating email content and sending out newsletters
  • Editing videos of webinars and Facebook live
  • Keeping their web sites up to date with engaging content 
  • Creating landing pages for their events and using Ads to drive traffic
  • Updating their search engine optimisation & online visibility
  • Interpreting analytics and improving marketing performance
  • Networking with business owners
  • Developing strategic alliances
  • Sales calls following up marketing/social media contacts
  • Increasing referrals from alliance partners and clients

The ideal candidate will have….

  • Minimum 2-years’ experience in marketing online and offline for Business to Business
  • Experience in a business development role
  • Strong rapport building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with drive and enthusiasm to learn and try new things
