My clients are based in Braintree and focus on the supply of equipment that helps customers to operate more efficiently with automated packaging tasks; within various different industries.

An excellent opportunity has arisen within their Braintree Office for an experienced Service Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
,Manages employee schedule.
,Acts as liaison between clients and company.
,Answers client and customer questions.
,Addresses and resolves any issues and complaints.
,Reports problems and unresolved issues
,Writes up reports of client and customer activity or complaints.
,Presents reports to company director or manager.
,Devises ways to improve customer service and client relationships.
,Schedules meetings with prospective and existing clients.
,Assists associates and account executives in closing sales and bringing in new clients.

Qualifications/ Experience:
, Quick learner
, Excellent communication skills
, Problem Solving
, PC Hardware knowledge is an advantage
, Flexible
