Birmingham Office

I am currently working with one of the UK's most reputable Main Contractors who have a number of regional offices across the UK.

They are known for their expertise in delivering complex, major projects ranging from £30m - £250m predominantly in the following sectors; Healthcare, Commercial, High Rise Residential, Student Accomodation, Community Centres, Hotels etc.

Working out of the Birmingham Office, we are looking for a Senior Planner that is focused purely to Pre-Construction work and developing tender programmes predominantly via Two Staged or Negotiated procurement routes.

Working closely with key clients giving lots of pre-advice.

Identifying risk and then looking to devise a robust programme and communicating that programme strategy to the team.

- Asta Power Projects is the programming software

- The role will require the odd days travel to the London Office.

Probably two days a month, to help assist on certain tenders.

I am looking for someone who is more than happy to work solely at Pre-Construction.

Reporting directly into the Planning Lead for the Region.
