Fortuna Mobility Centre in Enfield, is London’s largest mobility showroom.

As well as selling an extensive range of equipment directly to the public, we also work consultatively with the NHS, social services, charities and the care sector throughout London and the South East of England.

In addition, we have an on-site training centre, providing specialist courses for the public and healthcare professionals.

We have ambitious growth targets for the next 5 years, with exciting new projects planned to help people in need.

VACANCY:

Job Title: RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER

Hours: 40 hours per week >

*

*5 day working week on a rota basis- Monday to Saturday

*

* Applications for part-time and flexible hours positions also considered

Location: Fortuna Mobility Centre, Crown Road, Enfield, LONDON EN1 1TG

Package: Competitive salary & staff benefits

Leave: 20 days paid holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays > rising to 25 days after 5 years’ service

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Core Roles:


  • Provide an excellent standard of customer service and care to all our customers with patience and empathy
  • Assist with all customer facing / product advice / operational aspects of the showroom as required
  • Perform and co-ordinate administrative and scheduling duties
  • Supervise other team members to ensure that that they are performing their allocated roles
  • Ensure that the showroom is kept to the correct standards
  • Collaborate in service improvement and development.

Personal Specification:


  • Strong team player
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with customers and other staff members
  • Good verbal skills and a polite manner with customers and staff
  • Good numerical skills
  • Computer literate
  • Prior retail or healthcare experience not required as full training will be provided
  • Be prepared to undergo a DBS check
