Project Coordinator

A Project Coordinator is required for a growing Telecoms Cost Procurement Consultancy based in Melton Mowbray.

You will be joining a small multi Award-Winning Team who is focussed on delivering successful projects for its clients.

This role involves building strong relationships with client stakeholders and seeing projects through from inception to implementation, to include collecting and analysing data, preparing reports, organising and participating in stakeholder meetings, managing project plans & schedules and ensuring that project deadlines are met. 

To be successful as a Project Coordinator, you will need to be able to work to tight deadlines whilst handling multiple projects, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities: 


  • Building strong rapport with supplier & client stakeholders 
  • Aspects of data analysis and preparation of reports 
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans & schedules 
  • Organising, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings 
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings 
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met 
  • Developing project strategies 
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project 
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions 
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution

  • Strong numerical skills, be at least competent in Excel 
  • Experience in project coordination and/or telecoms/IT is advantageous but not essential

  • Hours: 35 hours p/week (flexible working will be considered)
